Meet Jess & Andy
Slumber Vacations is owned by our family, Jess and Andy, and shaped by the experience of raising three children.
Our love for Peter's Pond started when our youngest, Maverick, was just three years old. From the beginning, it felt like one of those special places where childhood still gets to be simple, outdoorsy, and free. Kids can run around, make friends, get dirty, ride bikes, and spend the day outside from sunup to sundown.
For us, Peter's Pond was never just about having a place to stay. It was about the feeling of the community. It felt safe, welcoming, and familiar, the kind of place where families can slow down, dogs can come along, and memories happen naturally.
After years of enjoying that experience ourselves, we decided to purchase cabins so we could share it with other families. We wanted to create places where guests could enjoy the same relaxed, old-school outdoor feeling that made us fall in love with Peter's Pond in the first place.
Our Marshfield property is also close to our hearts. Jess grew up on the South Shore, spending time by the ocean, and there is nothing quite like the feeling of salty air, beach days, and a comfortable place to come back to after a day near the water.
