Independent Vacation Rental Notice
Slumber Vacations at Peters Pond is an independently owned and operated vacation rental provider located within the Peters Pond community. While our accommodations are situated at Peters Pond and guests may enjoy resort amenities in accordance with Peters Pond policies, Slumber Vacations is not owned, operated, or managed by Peters Pond RV Resort. All reservations, rental agreements, and guest communications are handled directly through Slumber Vacations.
Booking & Cancellations
For direct bookings, guests receive a full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Know your plans are set? Save 10% on your stay by selecting our Non-Refundable Rate at booking.
Booking directly through our website can often save guests 10–15% compared to third-party booking platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Fees & Add-Ons
Standard per-stay fees include a $95 cleaning fee, a $45 linen fee, and a $30 resort experience fee (Peters Pond properties). Pet fees are $15 per pet, per night. Extra guest fees are $20 per guest, per night after 6 guests. Additional fees may apply depending on your reservation and selected add-ons, including cleaning, linens, pets, and resort amenities. All Slumber Vacations charges are clearly displayed prior to booking confirmation. Golf cart rentals are arranged separately through South Shore Golf Cars (https://southshoregolfcars.com/golf-cart-rentals/) and are not charged by Slumber Vacations.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This allows our cleaning team enough time to properly prepare the home for incoming guests.
We offer easy self check-in with keypad access and detailed arrival instructions sent prior to your stay. Most guests can check in seamlessly at their convenience after the designated check-in time.
House Rules & Pets
Our properties are dog-friendly with applicable pet fees ($15 per pet, per night). Please let us know about your dog when booking so we can confirm details for your stay.
To maintain a peaceful and family-friendly environment, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
We kindly ask guests to respect neighboring families and observe resort quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM.
Overnight occupancy is limited to registered guests.
All properties are 100% non-smoking indoors, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking must follow resort rules; please use designated areas where provided. Private fire pits are for wood fires and relaxed evenings by the fire — please do not use them for smoking or for materials that produce excessive smoke.
Property Specifics
Yes! Our two Peters Pond cabins are located on the same property and are perfect for larger groups or multiple families. You can reserve them together on our booking page, subject to availability.
Yes, all beds will be freshly made with clean linens prior to your arrival. We also provide bath towels and basic washcloths. We recommend bringing your own beach/pool towels for outdoor activities at the pond and pool.
Peters Pond is a fun, relaxed, family-friendly Cape Cod resort — not a silent luxury retreat. Expect a campground community feel with kids activities, live music on many weekends, pool and ponds, café atmosphere, outdoor recreation, and the social, easygoing summer energy families love. Golf cart rentals are available through South Shore Golf Cars for easy access around the resort.
